She provides strategic counsel to clients and colleagues alike, leading global measurement and analytics and working with many of the world’s leading brands. Her expertise extends into examining the contribution of communications to overall brand health, linking media to other research and integrating it with additional metrics.
A thought leader in the industry, she co-founded Precis, one of the early media research and analysis companies which was acquired by Millward Brown, where she developed greater insights by integrating news and social media with more traditional market research. This brought her from the UK to the US.
She is a past chair and present member of the Institute for Public Relations Measurement Commission, contributing to many industry initiatives and has been inducted into the PR News Measurement Hall of Fame.
