Pauline joined Edelman Intelligence in October 2008, and now leads the Paris office, a multicultural team of 30+ consultants. She is also the lead for secondary expertise across EMEA region.
Pauline works across a multitude of industries ranging from luxury to food and beverage as well as governmental bodies and agencies. She is a specialist in conducting and evaluating online and social media conversation, influencer identification and mapping, and robust benchmarking at local and global levels.
Prior to EI, Pauline worked for Occurrence, a communication research company in Paris, as a senior consultant within the Analysis and Media Relations department. She was notably in charge of evaluating the media image for national and international companies from various sectors such as tourism, automotive, and health.
Pauline holds a double Master’s degree in French and Anglo-American International Public Law from Paris X-Nanterre University and a postgraduate degree in Corporate Communication and Publicity from INSEEC (Paris). She is a native French speaker and fluent in English.
